All-on-4 / All-on-6 in Cyprus: What the €5,800 Package Includes
What the €5,800 per jaw All-on-4 / All-on-6 package covers: up to six German implants, 14 zirconia teeth, same-day temporaries where possible — plus the timeline and what the price excludes.
Replacing a full arch of failing teeth is one of the biggest decisions in dentistry, and one of the most expensive: in the UK, full arch treatment commonly runs to roughly £14,000 per jaw. At Cyprus Dental in Kyrenia, North Cyprus, the All-on-4 / All-on-6 package starts from €5,800 per jaw. This guide sets out what that figure includes, how the scan decides between four and six implants, what the two-visit timeline looks like, and — just as importantly — what the price does not cover.
What €5,800 per jaw includes
The package covers the core of full arch treatment, from surgery to final bridge:
- Up to six German implants per jaw, placed as clinically indicated — the number follows your anatomy, not a menu.
- Surgery performed by our implant surgeon.
- 14 digital monolithic zirconia teeth — the final fixed bridge, milled from a single block rather than built up in layers, a construction generally less prone to chipping.
- Same-day temporary teeth where clinically possible, so you are not left without teeth while the implants heal.
- Free airport and hotel transfers included with the package.
€5,800 is a starting price. After a clinical assessment with a 3D scan you receive a fixed written quote, and that quote does not change afterwards. Prices are set in euros; sterling figures are indicative. Current figures for all treatments are on our prices page.
Four implants or six? The scan decides
The package is named All-on-4 / All-on-6 because the implant count is not something you pick from a price list. It is decided by the 3D scan at your clinical assessment. Where bone volume and density are good, four well-positioned implants can support a full fixed arch. Where the bone is softer, or your bite places heavier loads on the new teeth, additional implants spread that load — so up to six are placed per jaw as clinically indicated, within the same package. For the deeper discussion of bone quality, health factors and who qualifies, read our clinical guide to All-on-4 in Cyprus.
The honest two-visit timeline
Full arch treatment is not a single trip, and it is worth being clear about that. On the first visit, teeth that cannot be saved are removed and the implants are placed. Where bone quality and bite allow, you leave with fixed same-day temporary teeth; where they do not, a more cautious approach protects the implants while they heal. The implants then integrate with the bone over roughly three to six months, during which aftercare continues on WhatsApp seven days a week with photo check-ins. On a second, shorter visit, the final bridge of 14 monolithic zirconia teeth is fitted to each treated jaw.
How the price compares with Limassol and the UK
Comparable full arch treatment costs around €12,000 per jaw in Limassol and roughly £14,000 per jaw in the UK, so even allowing for two return trips the difference is substantial. Price alone is not a reason to choose a clinic, though. Cyprus Dental has been treating patients since 2007 and holds a 4.9-star Google rating across 324 reviews — but it is a private clinic operating under North Cyprus dental regulations, not an NHS provider, and not registered with the UK GDC or CQC, so UK complaint routes do not apply. We set this out plainly on our important information page, because you should decide with the full picture in front of you.
What the price does not include
No honest starting price covers every mouth. Bone grafting, sinus lifts, extractions beyond the package and sedation are quoted separately after the scan, if you need them at all. That is exactly why the written quote matters: once your 3D scan has been assessed, you receive one fixed figure in writing, and it does not move afterwards — no surprises in the chair.
If you are weighing up full arch treatment, the practical first step is a quote you can hold a clinic to. Request your free quote, tell us about your teeth, and we will set out what your treatment would involve — including whether four or six implants are likely, and one fixed written price once your 3D scan has been assessed.
