What the quote form stores
The form on this site — the same one that opens from every “Get my free quote” button — collects four things:
- Your name, so we know who we are speaking to.
- Your WhatsApp number, with the country code you select.
- The treatment you chose from the list, if you chose one.
- Your question, if you wrote one.
We do not ask for your email address, your date of birth, or any medical history on this website. Please do not send detailed medical information through the form — that conversation belongs in your consultation, where it can be recorded properly.
Alongside those answers our server records the technical details every website receives: your IP address, your browser type, the page you arrived on and the site or advert that referred you. We use them to understand which pages bring enquiries and to stop automated abuse of the form.
What happens when the chat moves to WhatsApp
After you submit the form, your browser opens WhatsApp with a message already written. From that point the conversation happens inside WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by Meta's own privacy terms — not ours. What you send us there sits in our WhatsApp account like any other chat.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our clinic records while your treatment is being planned and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can answer questions about work we carried out. Enquiries that never turn into treatment are removed once they are clearly no longer active.
Measurement and cookies
This site loads no advertising or analytics scripts unless measurement is switched on for it. When it is, a consent notice appears on your first visit and nothing is loaded until you accept: if you decline, no analytics or advertising cookies are set. The site's own essential cookies — the ones that keep your form submission secure — are always required for it to work at all.
Who else sees your data
Your enquiry is stored on our own hosting and is visible to the clinic team. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone who is not involved in answering you or providing your treatment.
Asking to see or delete your data
Message us on WhatsApp at +90 548 871 34 30 and say you want your enquiry removed. Tell us the name and number you used so we can find it. We will confirm once it is done.
