A complete smile makeover using 20 monolithic zirconia crowns — ten upper and ten lower. The design is agreed on screen after a 3D scan, tried in temporary material so it can be approved before anything is final, then milled, adjusted and fitted.

Results vary from person to person. What the photograph cannot show is whether the same approach suits your own teeth; that decision comes from the clinical assessment, and sometimes the honest answer is that fewer crowns, or veneers instead of crowns, is the better treatment.
