Extraction + implant, one session

A failing tooth removed and the implant placed in the same session. Done this way, the site heals once instead of twice, and the total treatment time is shorter than extracting first and returning months later.

Immediate placement is not right for every case: infection at the site, thin bone walls or an unfavourable bite can all mean the socket needs to heal before an implant goes in. That is a judgement made from the 3D scan and the examination, not from a photograph.

Where grafting or a sinus lift turns out to be necessary, it is quoted separately and before you commit — never added afterwards.
